If you are sick and tired of the FM Gods ******** you over and over with their patches and their AI or you just want to play like Barca or RM, then this tactic is for you. Strikerless tactics have been an AI-killer since the beginning of time. The concept of a strikerless tactic is to get many men behind the ball to defend. This tactic does this and then some. With this tactic, you will have high possession stats and proneness to win a game against all odds (eg. you beating a Barcelona with Rayo).

Individual Training
Goalkeeper - Sweeper Keeper
Full backs - Quickness
Center backs - Quickness
Defensive Midfielders - Registra
Center Midfielders - Quickness
Wingers - Inside Forward
Attacking Midfielder - Enganche
General Training
Preseason
Team Cohesion - Tactics set to Very High and tick everything off and to the left
During the Season
Balanced - Attacking Movement set to Very High and tick everything on
Recommended Players
Goalkeeper - Lloris, Valdes, Ruffier, Szczesny, Rulli
Full backs - De Marcos, Alves, Alba, Monreal, Marcelo, Silva
Center backs - Ilori, San Jose, Galvez, Musacchio, Ranocchia, Juan Jesus, Pique
Defensive Midfielders - Pirlo, Pogba, Xavi, Arteta
Center Midfielders - Benat, Ander Herrera, Guarin, Quintero
Wingers - Muniain, Ronaldo, Walcott, Iturbe, Andros Townsend, Lamela, Bale
Enganches - Ganso, Riquelme (duh), Messi, Bale, Vietto, Lanzini, Neymar

Of course if you have strikers, you can always retrain them to AM or a Winger or just sell them outright.
