What player roles work well together upfront? I want to get a good striking partnership going I was just wondering if any had any tips for good combinations!

for two strikers? Target man support with a poacher or advanced forward. for the final third of the pitch, a false 9 with two inside forwards.

Here are some:
-Traditional: Deep Lying Forward + Advanced Forward
-Big-Small: Targetman support + Poacher
-Modern: False 9 + Inside forwards (works with Deep Lying Forward and Complete Forward support, basically any role that drops into the hole)
-with AMC: Deep Lying Forward + Shadow Striker (again, any role that drops into the hole; can also be partnered with Trequarista or Advanced Playmaker Attack)

There are a few options. There are other possibilities, just look at what each role does and pick ones that complement each other. For example, you don't really want two strikers who are playing off the shoulder of the last defender because they will be come isolated from your midfielders, while playing with two strikers dropping into the hole leaves no one to take advantage of that movement.

Personally I always play a 442, using deep lying forward and usually advanced forward or on occasions poacher. Usually look for a goalscorer for my advanced, and someone more creative and high workrate for my deep lying forward

Usually I like 3-5-2 with a Target Man attack and a poacher attack, though Ive used dlf attack before aswell or even complete forward instead of poacher. If I play something like 4-2-3-1 I usually just play the poacher though It always depends what types of players are available to me.

I do a AF, DLF in a 442. TM, CF works well if you have a beast for a TM, but I'm not sold on that role for anyone less than 6'4", 200lbs.
