I'm having problems in matches where I'm for example 1-10 to win the match - in one of these matches for example, the opponents ended up having 19 shots compared to my 3. Does anyone have any advice as to how best to deal with bad teams? I do well against the good ones usually. I'm using the 'attacking' strategy against poor opposition, but they often seem to dominate in possession and shots. I'm new to FM so not 100% sure what I'm doing yet!

Thanks very much for any advice :) !

team talks? hows the morale? your tatic? more details plz :s

Tell your team to do it for the fans, or if you are extreme favourites, expect a win. Make sure morale is high in the squad. Dont sit back, attack attack attack.

The morales are all very good/superb. I use Wolfsong's teamtalk thing for teamtalks. Not really sure what tactics I should be using - I play a 5 3 2 formation, with two wingers and one midfielder slightly in front of the other two in the middle in an attacking position, behind the two strikers.

I do check that, yes. Often they say nothing, and usually if they do say something, my assistant manager will 'strongly disagree' with whatever my coach says. Hmm... It's never once said my team was feeling complacent (or nervous).

Your Team definetly looks to be complacent against smaller Teams so in the Team Talks say to them 'Expect a Win'

Is it possible my team is being complacent even if my assistant manager isn't telling me they feel complacent?

they could just be countering you, have you tried using control?
