I have just got promoted to the Conference with Vauxhall, the team was good in the Skrill North but due to poor finances I had to let off some good young players, I brought in some more experienced midfielders, defenders by free transfer and loan. Last season I used a 4-4-2 and it worked well, I tried it this year for 5 games and lost all of them, I started using 4-1-4-1 and I have been getting a few draws and a win but I feel like I need some advice on formations, set piece defending/attacking and player instructions.
