Struggling to motivate my PSG team

Maybe its the language barrier being an Englishman abroad but I can't get a team full of stars play to their full potential

can anyone help, team talks are a real difficulty for me atm :S

I don't what you set your past experience to, but if it's set to something low like "automatic" they'll struggle to motivate themselves to play for you

I played as PSG and set my experience as sunday league footballer, just get the team winning mate and the confidence will improve. IMO the important thing is the tactic and then in press conferences, team talks and private chats just keep telling the team they are doing well.
