Hi guys

currently playing with birmingham with a 4-2-3-1 formation with 3 AMCS as opposed to wingers and a AMC, and im really struggling due to conceeding sloppy goals. I am playing a possession tactic based on the guide on this forum. Most of the goals im coneding are from counter attacks and set pieces, and no matter what i try I cant seem to make any progress and looking for some tips. MY CMs are DLP and BBM respectivley and im wondering if they might play a role in what im trying to achieve? So just looking for some help from anyone who has successfuly used this type of tactic as im really struggling!

playing with one AMC at Championship level let alone 3 is suicide mate..

I would adopt a 433 Dm with wingers approach and play quick attacking football

what are your settings? post a ss of your team instructions

Sorry forgot to mention I'm quite a way a long and am in the premiership now, heres a SS of the formation and player instructionsView attachment 303959

also one of my team instructions View attachment 303960

I seem to be able to keep possession but more often than not my defenders let me down on counter attacks and set pieces!
