I am liverpool and i am in my second season. I have brought di maria and cavani this season who have played well. My current lineup is;
Reina
vrsaljko coates agger enrique
lucas asomoah
shaqiri di maria
cavani suarez

The problem is that my team will have loads of shots on target but only score a few goals i.e 17 shots 8 on target and then only win 1-0. how can i make my team score more goals/

what tactic are you using? what are your strikers instructions? what are your team instructions?

dont make playmakers or target men!

Cavani - Complete Forward - Attack (I take it by your team instructions you have left all of the players instructions as defualt?)

You cant play a proper counter attacking game with a control strategy and a high defensive line.. either play shorter and higher as is! I would play Fluid as well! your team is capable of it!

Match prep is all wrong too! set to low - attacking or defending now that the tactic is familiar!

have at least one other tactic in your match prep! rotate tactics, have one for home and one for away games! using 1 tactic each week is not the best idea!

Lucas needs to be Cm - Support to give him more creative options! and Kwadwo should be box to box as he needs to get upfield to assist the strikers! you are playing too defensively for such a good team!

Closing down: pressing marking: zonal

Drop time wasting to never (about 3 clicks from the left) drop width and tempo to normal! and take off counter if playing higher!

if you want to play on the counter then drop the defensive line! focus passing flanks! play more direct, more roaming, wider and quicker! and of course play counter and rigid works well!

cheers for that worked wonders against Man City.

do you reckon i should purchase de stegen or stick with pepe reina?
