Struggling with Stoke City.

Hey everybody,
I'm playing an online game with my cousin. I started off with Ross County (1st div.Scotland), then moved to Motherwell (Prem. Scotland). After two seasons I was appoached by Stoke City, I couldn't turn that down.

They were 12th when I joined them and my expectation is to avoid relegation. I have now taken them down to 18th in the table after 10-15 games.

I'm finding it really hard to score goals. Away from home, I'm definitely going to get beat and am still waiting my first point.

I need some help with what formation to use, what tactics to deploy and what advanced tactics to use. Also, in January I signed 5 new players, is it a huge thing to use "team blend" as match preperation?

Any help would be most appreciated, preferably before I get the sack.

As you have played à couple of seasons, i think its completely impossible to give advice. We have no idea what players you have. If you provide more information and use the stickies, you Will get help.
