Stuck on 14.3.0 Update

Just tried starting a new game using the LFC summer database. When I got to the choose DB window the only option is the 14.3.0 update and June 2013 start date even though it says 14.3.1 on the main screen.

Tried the verify game cache\delete FM exe fix on steam, a new game without LFC db and even a clean install of FM.
Still stuck on 14.3!

Any help appreciated

This is how it should be. The .1 at the end is just bug fixes, rather that database changes.
