stuck please help ????

hi guys i have looked at all the editing stories and still got a problem every time i make my changes it never actually put them in the game can u help its drivin me crazy lol

You definately saving then when loading the game, selecting the "change" tick box?

yeah when in editor i save data editor as and name it then i load fm up click start game then box appears wi just the patch i have got not my database

On that box that appears, in the bottom right, tick the box that says 'Change'.

The next screen should be all of the edited databases you have (if you stored them in the correct folder, that is..)

so what is the correct folder

PC – My Documents > Sports Interactive > Football Manager 2010 > editor data

MAC – Documents > Sports Interactive > Football Manager 2010 > editor data

ok will try it mate

1. edit your database using the editor.
2. press save as, choose a name for your edited files.
3. load up FM2010.
4. Choose a DB option and also check the box at the bottom that says change, next to 'load editor data files?'
5. you are taken to a new screen asking you to choose which of your edited data files are loaded into your current DB.
6. Load DB and start game.

You only need to choose which folder to save into if you have downloaded a custom DB
