What do you reckon the majority of your money has gone on? ;)

haha, well i can't say mine has mainly gone on my university course, i can just borrow books out of the library instead of buying them.

But i think i've spent too much on clothes, socialising and dvds. :(

Though i think i'm able to get bursaries now coz my parents have separated, i'll have to look into it. :)
 
I get quite a bit of loans and bursaries...although I'm still waiting for my bursaries to come through (will be mega rich when they do).

I mainly spend the money on my car. £70 insurance a month and about £50-£65 petrol a month.

I also spend way way too much on DVDs, Games, CDs and other stuff like that. Since Sep 2006 I've spent about £3000 and that sort of stuff (and that's just the things where I have kept the receipts)!!

haha wow, thats ALOT of money spent on games etc. ;)

I hate spending money now, i'm too impulsive i need to stop taking my card out with me when i go places. :(

Yup I have spent far too much, but I can't help it I'm just very impulsive like you :P
 
Yup i agree! Though i get paid next week so it shouldn't be as bad! :D

Ah what we both need is self control! :(
 
Train Fares, Food and stupid stuff i spend mine on.

How much do you get in loans?

I get £3,285 or something..i can't remember but i think it'll go down to £2,000 or just above that i think if i get over £1,000 in bursaries. :D
 
My mum didn't fill out the form, so i dont get any income assessed, so its just the basics, no bursaries.
 
Get her to fill in the form then. You will get back payments :)
 
I say scrap student loans you do'nt deserve ****.
 
So how do you expect us to pay for university then, +living, +food ?

i get 4,300 loan, with 3,300approx on accomadation

the rest goes on food, cds, clothes, goin out
 
I get the max loan and grant i think, which is nice. Means I'll have a nice debt though.

Sean can afford all that **** cos he doesn't drink :P. Thats where alot of mine goes.

Yeh I also get max loans and grant (although my loan is lower as I live at home).

haha, i must get around the same amount of money as you Sean, yet i don't have a car but it all goes on well...****.

though i must say my mobile phone bill is always rather big every month i don't know how and i have so many other bills to pay! *sigh
 
My mobile bill is always too high as well, I need to stop spending so much on it.

I'm going to try and live a bit cheaper now anyway and try and make my loan last until september like it's supposed to.

oh score! my monthly cost of my mobile phone bill has gone down from £30.00 to £24.00 and i still get the same amount of texts! ha thats brilliant. :D

but aye same here i'm going to live quite cheap as well, i can't afford to be wasting my money constantly!
