StuW's 11.3.1 DB Summer Extension

As usual, I will be working on my summer DB extension. This time I am starting early, starting with promotions and relegations. I will be editing CA/PA's but they will be released on a seperate update. Now, I am amazing, but I do miss things, so I need you lot(God help me) to make this as accurate and realistic as possible. Please post anything below, whether obvious or not, and I will look to add it.

Worldwide Promotions & Relegations
Worldwide Transfers
Worldwide Player Releases
Competition Name Changes
Loan Removals
Remove Old Injuries

v2 - Ideal World - Includes PA/CA Changes

i dont use summer updates though as i rather wait for the new version of FM to come out in October/November
