Hey guys. I'm looking for good substitutes. Especially a striker and a right defender.
 
Erm...we need a little more information from you...what league are you in? What team are you managing? What season is it? Have you had any domestic success? Are you in a European competition?
 
Oh yes sorry.
Newcastle.
About to start the third season.
Won Premier League and Fa cup in the first one.
Won FA Cup, Carling cup in the second. Finished second in the Premier League. And I lost in the Final of the champions League.
I have a pretty strong team but i had some struggle in the rotation last year. So I am trying to buy substitutes.
I already have a few. In defense (Collocini and Taylor), Left and right midfielder (Marveaux and Gomez), Central Midfielder (Anita) and left defender.
Anyway as said before I am looking for a striker, a right defender. And a polyvalent player that could play ML MR and AMC.

If you have suggestions ;)
 
Try to see how Adam Campbell's developed in your save. You may or may not be able to pick him up from Newcastle. Vietto or Gabriel Barbosa are great choices as well, but are most likely snapped up already. You may also want to check out Morata or Jese from Real Madrid.
For RB, try Callum Chambers from Southampton, or Byram from Leeds United. They're HG, and are capable RB's. Corchia might be a good call as well.
For your polyvalent player, try to see if you can buy Alen Halilovic, or Vitinho. I'm fairly certain Alen can be retrained to play on the left.

Campbell is not ready yet, he only has one star.
Morata is a free agent though. I proposed him a contract and he should sign soon.
Jese is too expensive and i won't need him if i get Morata.
Corchia is a really good choice but a little bit too expensive.
Byram looks like a nice player.
I can't find neither halilovic nor barbosa...

Ah, you must not have had the Brazilian or Croatian leagues loaded up...even on View Only, they would've been there.
Try Viktor Fischer or Bakalli too.
 
I already own Campbell because I play with Newcastle. He is currently on loan somewhere.
I bought Morata for free actually, who can also play on the left wing.
Then Byram too.
I am currently negotiating with Cabella.

Oh whoops LOL I forgot that you're Newcastle.
Maybe take a look at Memphis Depay, he's class on the left
 
Just a quick question. You said earlier that you could train a player for a specila position. How can you do this ?

You can go to the player's profile, and go under the Training tab. Under there, there should be "New Position." Scroll around and select the position you want the player to be trained in.
