Im Liverpool and am doing well.
But i have 1 problem.
My substitutions' morale varies from superb to poor, even though i make sure that the pitch time is evenly distributed. They do not play well when they come on which makes me not want to play them which, consequently, lowers their morale!
Help!?!?

i think they play **** because..

erm hard to explain. but ill give it a go..

for example i played adebayor upfront and i had his PI's(Player Instruction) to 'hold up ball' and etc..then i took adebayor off to bring on theo walcott..that means theo walcott has exactly the same PI's as adeabyor did which means walcott is gonna play ****..because he he cant hold up the ball to save his life..

so to fix it when you bring a sub on, Make sure you change his PI's that it suits his kind of play..

if you get me then great! if you dont then i cna texplain it in more detail..

i know what you mean, thanks again.
thats twice you've saved me :)
