I'm looking for some successful setups for smaller teams such as Blue square teams and div 3-4 teams.
Am currently struggling with a defensive or balanced 4-4-2 setup with a ball winning midfielder and a deep-supporting forward. The wing backs are on default and wingers are on attack.

I feel its hard to score goals and when you are using such a defensive setup, even against the reserves. And the players go crazy when u give them a lot of creativity.

What are you using?

I am using a 4-4-2 with an AMC for my Essen side (German 5th tier). I'm almost half way through the season and haven't lost a game yet.

Here is my setup:

STCL: Advanced Forward - Attack
STCR: Deep Lying Forward - Support
AMC: Attack Midfielder - Attack
ML: Winger - Attack
MC: Ball Winning Mid - Defend
MR: Winger - Attack
DL: Fullback - Support
DCL: Central Defender - Stopper
DCR: Central Defender - Cover
DR: Fullback - Support

Also you probably should have posted this here ;)
