Under which conditions does a tycoon take you over, if any? I'm playing as United and lose 30 mill a season and it would be great if I had someone to fix that...

It depends if the Chairman wants to sell the club. If he happy there, chances are you won't get taken over.

also if you keep being succesful then you are more likely to be taken over. If you are making a profit each season then you are more likely to be taken over also
