Suitable tactic for me!

Could someone please post me a link to a suitable tactic. i am celtic and midway through my season i have tried to be patient with my current tactic but its doin my head in with dropping points at home and only scraping wins etc. please someone help me out!

I recommend Raikan 007 tactic 4-5-1 or bayern domination which I have won the league with in a few different countries!!
