Just a quick enquiry, what summer update ie foss' or Lfc's should i download for example regarding updated transfers and leagues being edited?

I would choose LFC as he updates ca/pa whereas Foss doesn't I think both are pretty up to date on transfers and edited leagues

Simple. If you just want updated transfers and leagues then use Foss'. It has been edited on a much larger scale.

If you want PA/CA changes then use LFC Marshall's.

Both good updates and all depends what you are looking for.

i only ask because i used foss' the last week and there didn't seem to be alot of transfers and management changes updated in the English leagues

None of them had happened when the update was made they'll all be on the next version
