Sunderland help needed asap please

hey well i only got fm 2010 the other day and have been playing it like crazy although i never really seem to make any headway with my team, sunderland ive tried to use other teams but i alwats quit so i would like to ask you guys if yous could give me help on who to buy and sell and which formation to use with sunderland, and by the way ive found that tranquilllo barnetta (leverkusen) (may not be spelt right) is a quality player thanks in advance guys

if i were you, i would sell kenwyne jones (poor composure), kieran richardson and replace them with artem milevskyi and diego buonanotte/zezinho. i would also get fausto pinto and use george mccarthy as backup.
