All players are on stupidly high wages, And only a few actually earn those wages. Very few players are actually valuable enough for the wages they are currently on.

What can I do? Clubs wont offer for the players because of these wages. I've offered some players on free transfers but still no one will offer.

Try offering them new contracts at lower wages but with these bonus'
Landmark goals 20+ (Do you see Bramble knocking in twenty a season )
One year contract extension when in last year of contract (We have too many older defenders who you need to replace but the likes of Cuellar and O'shea are good backups for a few seasons so this should help if you cant bring anyone)
Minimum fee (Just set it to price you wouldn't mind getting without taking the Michael)

I have started using these to bump down the wages of our rotation players also try to sell Wickham because he wont get much better and his wages are stupid for an 19 year old.
