Anyone had any success with SAFC? Really struggling, any tactic advice would be useful

I've just got to the Capital One Cup final, beating Chelsea 2-1 at home and drawing 2-2 away in the semis. Form has dipped in the league, currently 10th comfortably safe.

Transfer wise, I sold Bridgcutt & Cabral and brought in Perruzi (RB) and Lucas Romero who, along with Wickham have been my standout players.
