a short backstory:
I've managed Ajax for 6 seasons and won the eredivisie 5 times, dutch cup 4, won the euro cup and reached the final of the champions league (losing to AC Milan). But one things stands out, how easy it is to win the |domestic Dutch competitons but still struggle in european competitions.
So what do I want to do?
I had the idea of editing the eredivise somehow that it became full of mega rich clubs, world class players and was the most competitive league in the world. I tried increasing transfer and wage budgets, changing managers, club reputation and even ending player contracts. But all of these only seem to work slightly (mainly with AZ, Feyenoord and PSV). So I was wondering if anyone had any ideas of what else I could do?
