Swansea City announced Aidan Dickson as New manager.

Press conference.

J= Hello Dickson Sir, Why did you choose Swansea city?

AD= I chose Swansea City because of their past and their bright, bright future, they have steady finances and have reached European Football before.

J= What are your plans for this season?

AD= My Plans for this season is to bring European football back to Swansea City.

J= What about staff, will you be keeping the same staff?

AD= All staff who I don't believe are good enough have had contracts terminated, I only have the best, I only sign the best Assistants, the best Coaches and the best scouts.

J=Dickson sir,.......

AD= That will be all.

After a long, detailed search by me, My assistant, The coaches and mostly by the scouts we are happy to confirm 4 new signings into the club. We also have 3 players going out.

Transfers In:

Lucas Digne _ LB _ 3.1m _ New first team left back

Gino Perruzi _ RB _ 5m _ New first team right back ( We are now solid at full back)

Pablo Piatti _ LW _ 5.25m _ A skillfull and experienced winger who can provide a creative spark.

Alexandre Lacazette _ ST _ 10.5m _ Unbelivable signing, an out and out goalscorer who could be key this season.

Transfers Out:

Neil Taylor _ LB _ 5m _ Now 3rd choice Left back so nice to get some good money.

Angel Rangel _ RB _ 2m _ Past his prime so good to get 2m from him.

Dwight Tiendalli _ LB/RB _ Would be 4th choice for either full back so not needed.

Swansea City Unveil New Staff:

We are glad today to unveil our 7 new members of staff.

We will be publising an overview of each individual member of our new staff.

Assistant Manager: Lewie Roberts.

Lewie Roberts is a young and enthusiastic assistant manager from Wales who was looking to help play a big part in one the the biggest clubs in his country.
He has been known for his exquisite Tactical knowledge and his amazing work with defenders. He has also been know for his great work with youth players and helping them reach there potentials and expectations. He is able to help them due to his determined personality and his amazing motivating skills. He has been able to pick out which players could be key for the future with his great ablility to judge players potentials.

He could be a key man in Swansea attempt to reach Europa league Football.

Attackers Coach: John Cheah

John Cheah is a Coach who originates in England but has knowledge from all over the world.

However the most important knowledge he possess' is on attackers, he has a great ability to coach them in a way which gets them scoring so freely it's hard for them not to. He can work with old experienced striker, middle aged ones in their prime and even those who are right now just deemed as prospects. He can easily adapt to work with any sort of striker and is a very determind minded man who won't give up.
He has a great knowledge on which players are great for the first team and who will be some great stars for the future.

He could be vital for Swansea this season as he needs to get the likes of Lacazette and Gomis firing for fun.

This is interesting. I am looking forward to seeing how this story develops.

Midfielders Coach: Ray Pest

Ray Pest is a coaching king who originates from England.

He is known for being a creative man who is in favour of a passing style of play and likes to get the midfielders to constantly pump balls into the box to create great chances for the strikers. He has some world class tactical knowledge and is one of the best Tactical and technical coaches around.
He favours the attacking side of midfield more to the defensive side however due to his great skills and experience he can help teach players either side of the game.

He will be responible for helping Gylfi Sigurdson and new signings Pablo Piatti constantly pump quality balls into the box.

Chief Scout : Luke McDonald

Luke McDonald is Swansea City's New chief scout who originates from England.

McDonald is known is outstanding world knowledge, he convinced Dickson he was the right man for the job by explain he had great knowledge of each region in the world. He is one of the best scouts for knowing how good players are right now and how good they can be in the future.
Despite being one of the best scouts there is, he has some amazing tactical knowledge as well and is easily able to help teach players to suit a tactic.

He could be key to acquiring the players Swansea need this season.

Scout: Are Burheim

Are Burheim is a Norwiegen based scout and is the only non-british member of Staff Dickson has brought in to Swansea.

Burheim is known for his thorough knowledge of South America and Argentina, he is an amazing scout for judging players abilities and potentials, we are aware that Burheim is out in Argentina right now scouting out the lands and trying to find some good talent for the future.

Burheim has already provided some talented players to Dickson and some have been bought

He could be a key scout for looking to the future.

Scout: James Scott
James Scott is an English through and through scout.

He is known for his Exstensive knowledge of England which could be a good thing as Dickson looks to bring in some more Home-grown players, or English players as he looks to the future. Scott has already provided Dickson with reports on some players around England and could prove to be a worth addition to the Staff.

He could be vital for the future as Dickson looks for young English Stars.

Scout: Matt Bullard

Matt Bullard is the final member of staff, but just because he is last it does not mean he is the least important.

He has so far provided Dickson with reams of players he believes could be great additions to the squad, he is well known for his great skill to judge players abilities and potentials to a exact point. Dickson has said he hired Bullard as his reports are never wrong.

Bullard could be key in signing the right players to help push for European football this year.

FOA: Club Manager, Assistant Manager, Chief Scout.

After extensive scouting of England I have not found many players that would be better suited to the Right Wing role than our options already available at the club, especially for the budget we have at our disposal . I have compiled reports for a few players I feel would either add something to the team now or for the future:

Jordan Ibe - Loan

View attachment 284038

I feel Jordan has bags of potential and all though the loan deal will not be permanent, even at such a young age he has plenty to add to the current squad. He is good attributes for such a young lad and can certainly add to the options we currently have in the squad.

Antonio Valencia - £6.25 Million

View attachment 284037

Antonio is a player that has played in the league now for many seasons and adds great experience on the whole right hand side of the pitch. Currently he is listed by Manchester United for around £6.25 Million and I feel that represents very good value for money, only he wages could prove to be a stumbling block.

Andros Townsend - £8-10 Million

View attachment 284036

Although Andros is at the higher end of our price range, I feel he would slot into our team perfectly, he has great attributes and is ready for a regular first team football. As many in the footballing world are aware he is a fantastic player who is on the fringe of the national side and I think with the clubs guidance he could do great things.

Thanks,

Matt Bullard
Team Scout

I have decided that I am going to end the staff gamemode as I don't believe it is good enough.

I will be spending time trying to think of ways I can improve it and hopefully either this year or next it will return and be bigger and better than before.

I will be starting a new save/story which I hope people will enjoy while I work out how to improve the Staff Gamemode.

I hope all involved understand

Swansea Manager
