Now I've seen many people on this forum with two teams in the supporting area, as i Fulham Fan i can never see myself ever to support another team unless Fulham went bankrupt and disappeared off the map, I can kind of understand if you support a Lower league football team and a football league team, i.e AFC Wimbledon and Chelsea but that is as far it goes for me, interesting to hear your views on this, no right or wrong answer.

yh i see what you are saying, but i support man utd and kinda follow QPR due to my dad following them, and been to loftus road loads of times, so always look out for there results and there transfer news.

In some circumstances its ok, maybe supporting a club and then like seeing a club do well. i dont understand how some people can support two rival teams, there is someone on here that supports Spurs and Arsenal.

Like i said in the other post, i believe what you say, you should support one team, but if theres like a local team or a team you have in your heart, you should support them as well.
Like i support Man Utd for life but also i like my local teams as well. :)

I support Newcastle until I die but I also follow Cambridge United, my local team. I think it is pointless supporting two clubs for example my friend supports Arsenal, Chelsea, Inter Milan and Real Madrid. Why?

I don't REALLY support hayes, I love Arsenal too much. But I go down to watch them occasionally and know thier players. Arsenal Till I Die :)

Dreadful I know. <) He is always going on about how we got relegated but at least I have supported the same club through good times and bad times (plenty of them:P)...

I've been a Man Utd fan for my whole life but I still try to support Ipswich Town as they are my local club.

I don't really see a problem with this but I think it's stupid supporting four teams like someone said about earlier: Arsenal, Chelsea, Inter, and Real Madrid. That just stinks of glory hunting to me.

You should support where you come from imo. I'm from Coventry and will always just be a Cov fan. Also my brother in law supports Nuneaton Town and goes to all their games. Now going and watching Nuneaton play away at Ilkestone on a cold Wednesday night in the pooring down rain is a TRUE fan imo. Not supporting Man Utd because they win most of the time and your from Hampshire or something

I'm a Glasgow Rangers fan,but having 2 small children,a house and a car to run is a lot fianacially so i've taken to watching my local team Albion Rovers, the team that the great Jock Stein started with!
They're in the 3rd division and challenging this year so things are looking good!
I grew up when AC Milan were the dominant team in europe so i have a real soft spot for them too and really do intend on going to the San Siro one day to watch them in action, just need the cash 1st!

I can see why you get ****** off with folk who just gloryhunt by supporting the best teams in various countries and i don't get the teams in close proximity or supporting rivals, whats that all about?
You would never get a guy supporting Rangers and Celtic up here!

Are you sure? If my mate lived in Scotland he probably would lol. (6)

Liverpool fan through and through always have been always will be.

Don't really support York but they are my local team so will always be with me

What I tend to do is kind of follow a team from each division, not religiously or anything just check up on results. My main team is United since i was small. Championship is Ipswich...Keano!!! League 1....Exeter.. then Notts

I just support Manchester united.<) didn't even realise my town had a local team till like a year ago so don't really follow them.:D

Since I am form N.Ireland, I have 4 clubs that I follow but Im not really a glory hunter. I support Loughgall Utd, 2nd division in N.Ireland, Glasgow Rangers for religious reasons, Man Utd as many others in my family do and Darlington for reasons I can't remember. I don't get stick for this as everybody I know has 3-4 clubs that they follow.

Die hard Newcastle supporter, also support Barca, thats for the dirty glory hunter part of me :D

I only really support Portsmouth, I'm not sure if my profile still says I support Peterborough but that's was just from ages ago when I was doing a Peterborough story lol. For some reason I have a soft spot for West Ham though..

from my point of view

im a gooner, all my family are gooners, all live in north london, go to about 10 games a season even though i dont live there, i watch them on tv whenever i can and if not then its arsenal radio

but then i have tonbridge angels, who are one league below blue square south, they are 5 mins up the road from me, £2 entry and all my mates and me have been going there for ages.

so i guess you could say i support two teams.
