Surpassing the allowed amount of coaches ?

Is their anything bad that will happened if your surpass the number of coaches allowed by the board ?
 
I don't think you are able to, the board cancel the deals of new coaches if you are already at the maximum number that you are allowed.

but when you start with man united you have more than the allowed amount for youth coaches. I am wondering if this will affect you get more staff for other categories such as coaches,scouts,physios etc.
 
They stick them all together, you can have a certain number of scouts in total and a certain number of the rest in total.
Doesn't matter what way you divide that number but you can't go over it unless you start with a number over it.

I am just wondering if their is any negative effect of having 8 coaches when the board only allows 6. LIke if doing with will make it harder to ask for more coaches from the board or more of any other staff ?
 
Yes. Your PC will get a short and burn down to the ground. Also all your private numbers, letters, pictures and videos will be sent to the Sun to feature a full page report.

But in all honesty, nothing really happens. If you get too much staff the board may cancel new contracts.
