Surprising Teams with Money?

I was wondering what random teams of the 11.3 patch have a surprising amount of money?

I decided to put the teams here for ease:

SC Heerenveen - 6 Million
Leicester - 6 million
River Plate = 10 Million
Zenit - 20 Million
Shaktar = 30 Million

Confused as to why Newcastle is such a big surprise seeing as they had just sold Andy Carroll for £35m
 
burnley have good finances but only about 500k transfer budget
 
Birmingham also have a fair amount to spend.
 
Leicester - 6 million
Zenit - 20 Million.

Hardly any money in Italy though, except for Inter with just over 20million.
 
Crawley with £25k a week wage budget and £160k transfer budget is crazy in Blue Square Prem.
 
Newcastle not really a surprise, and shakter get big money from sponsorship and are rich in real life, so no shock there ethier

But I agree with more of the others mentioned

Yeah mate, but you don't see anything of it at the start, I only checked when starting a new game other day, just added a manager to them to see what it was like. Prob get more if you ask the chairman or something.
 
Sunderland get £12 million I think, hardly a surprise though after selling Bent

chelsea 1.7 billion
aston villa 118 million
man city 450 million

Not sure if this is normal for Champ teams but if you get Boro promoted, you get around 24-28m for attempt to avoid relegation on 11.3. (You do have to get them up with £0 budget though)
