Hi i'm starting a new season with Swansea,does anyone have a training schedule for them by any chance?

Hi thanks for the reply,i've tried this but when it goes to winrar it tells me windows cannot open this file?

Any ideas?

Have you extracted it into the schedules folder using winrar?

Your not ment to open it, just copy it to the folder.

When you downloaded it did winrar open?
If so did you then click the extract button in top left corner? If not do that and make sure it goes into the schedules folder.
