I have £1.8M budget and I was wondering what players would be effective with a high tempo passing game?

Maxim Bordachev for left back, boys pretty class and is less than 100k
Jose Goncalves on a free transfer
Lots of people go on about Leigh Griffiths but if you have the money go for Vitali Rodionov, he'll probably be about 1.5 million but will get you goals, I signed Dawid Nowak and he banged in goals for me for less than 100k too
and then a few loan signings should just touch your team up, Kyle Walker is class if you can get him

Tshabalala only around 300k great player

I got Katlego Mphela for £200k, league's top scorer in first season. Also got George Elokobi, Jay Emmanuel-Thomas and Wojciech Szczesny on loan, finished winners by around 10-15 points.
