could someone kindly direct me to a download that does this? had a look in custom databases and couldnt find anything. Ideally want all English, Spanish and Italian pro leagues updated with 11/12 teams.

I think this includes new league positions Foss' FM11 11.3 Summer Transfer Update - Alpha - Downloads - FM-Base - Football Manager 2011 Tactics, Wonderkids, Updates & Cheats
not certain though as i havent downloaded it.
