Swap Position

In previous tactics I have created I have never been successful with having players swap positions. Has anybody been very successful with having their wingers switching sides and how have you done this? In real life, it is a good tactic but is it the same on FM?

Its very good if you have two wingers that can use either foot. You can then use them as inside forwards or wingers to great success. Also if you have two strikers like Demba Ba and Papiss Cisse you can make them swap. It makes them even harder to mark. It has worked wonders for me on a couple of saves. It really does depend on the players you are using though.
