Im looking for a good centre half and right back that could do the job in the championship / lower prem ... i have 4 million to spend. Also would like a good target man to partner Griffiths upfront.

Pro tip from a Birmingham fan :
Harry Kane , Not exactly what you want but he is a decent forward also classed as a wonderkid I believe. You can nab him for about 1.2mil he is valued at 950k I think.
