Hey guys.

I have a question. FM 2014 is the first one i bought so I didn't play it before.
I spent two seasons playing with Newcastle. In the first one i won the Premier League and the FA Cup and I lost the final of the Carling Cup.
In the second one i finished second of the Premier League, I won the FA Cup and the Carling cup and i reached the final of the champions league that i lost 4-0 against Madrid.

Anyway those are my achievements. I thought it may be the good time to change teams. I wanted to know how to proceed to change team. Do you have to wait until a spot is available somewhere or can you also send an offer to a team that is not happy with their manager even if he wasn't fired yet ?

You've two options:

1) continue with your existing manager and add to his career or
2) you can retire your manager, create a new one and take over a new team.

1) Not secure, you need to wait for vacencies, you can declare interest in jobs where the job security is "insecure" but your reputation is how you'll be judged, not your achievements so you may not get the top jobs (or even jobs on par with what you have now)
2) You've to start from scratch but you're guaranteed 100% to get the team you want.

Well i'm not really interested in starting everything over. I may continue with Newcastle while taking a look at the offers
