3-2-3-2 is a little bit too ambitios. However, there is a very very solid way of building a 3 at the back formation. Using two wingbacks with CWB-A duties and a half-back role DM you can make a competitive 3-3-1-2-1 sort of formation. It's not possesion orientated due to the lack of central midfield presence, however it's very good at being brutally efficient. Have a tinker.
