Tactic against top teams?

What is the suitable tactic to use against top teams like Barcelona, Real Madrid, Chelsea, Arsenal, Manchester United and team that have lot of great players like Manchester City?

I always managed Liverpool.In FM10, I never won against Manchester City in the league and won sometimes against them in cup. It seems that even how well my tactic worked against average teams, I cant seem to win against the top teams. This based on my experience in FM08,FM10 and pretty sure that it will be in FM11 as well. So what is the most suitable tactic to use? My current team is in attachment. Thanks in advance.

p/s : oh and also I never dominated the games I won against the likes of Chelsea,Arsenal and MU (FM10). I only get like 2 chances if I won 1-0. Though in FM11 I got like 10chances in first half and scored none while the opposition has 1 chance and scored 1. The second half is disastrous.

Well it's quite an attacking tactic, against better teams at least make one of your mids more defensive minded. But to be honest it would still be very attacking. You are quite short of the flanks and there is a big gap between your defense and midfield

Ive managed to beat all of the top teams with my tac playing as Man U and even managed to beat off chelsea and Man U playing as Sunderland, also did draw against arsenal away with sunderland. Its a very solid tactic if you like playing 4-3-3. Give it a try and let me know how it works out for you

I've achived great results with 4-6-0...Of course you need to be carufull to don't leave your team mutch behind...
But I think there's not a tactic problem man

Thanks, I'll try that! I stopped playing FM for a few days now after got Rune Factory 3 A Fantasy Harvest Moon...it's better playing that than been so frustrated when playing FM.
