How do you guys setup when looking for a late equaliser or winner?

I think in large part it depends on what kind of team you have. There's no point telling your players to do something that they're not capable of. If your players are quality then I'd imagine very high line, control, very wide, work ball into box. I'd use one striker on Poacher to give me runs through the middle. I'd probably go 4-0-1-3-1 or something like that. Put my fullbacks on Wingback Support. Maybe put one of my centre backs on BPD Stopper, and the other on CB(c). There really are no hard and fast rules though.

If your team aren't great then probably best to go direct or Route One, Stick at least one big lad up front (TM or CB) get runners around him and just pound the opposition into submission.

But again, there are lots of different ways to go about it. It also depends how long is left on the clock, how tired your players are.etc
