Tactic for Middle Table Team in Premier League????

I am managing Middlesbrough in the 2nd season in Premier do you know a good tactic???
I cant find a good one, i have in my team Antunes, Gallas, Kladrubsky, M.Richards, Kranjcar, Scocco, Sessegnon, Neymar and Cavenagi.
 
I suggest start out with a loaded tactic and as you play games you should adjust the tactic from team to team especially regarding the OI. I find it funny that a tactic I use to beat Man U 2-0 as Newcastle gets raped by Blackpool 4-0. Honestly, don't expect one tactic to do much.
 
i used a 4-4-2 diamond tactic which i created and works great against middle table and adove teams, but against the big 4(Man.Utd, Arsenal , Liverpool,Chelsea) a 5-3-2 tactics works better.

Well random dude, with Micah Richards, Kranjcar, Sessegnon, Cavenaghi and the one-man show Neymar, you aren't a middle table team.

On topic: 4-2-2-2 or 4-2-3-1 with Target Man and a Trequarista behind him

but yeah seriously, got quite a respectable 9th with the Hammers just by playing 4-4-2, with two pacey wingers, and one massive striker...

You are right bennet999 4-4-2 is the best!!!!!!!

i start using it and i am running 14-2-4 record!!!
from 15th position boro is now 6th in 36 game!!!
