tactic for shaktar donetzk

I want to start a new save with shaktar, but I doesn't really know how to play with them. I usually play a 4-2-4 or a 4-3-3 barça style with my teams, but perhaps there is a better tactic for shaktar. I also want to know what the best russian team is, with the best players and with which I can win more easily, because I am just a novice.

First of all Shaktar aren't a Russian team. They're Ukrainian. They are quite wealthy and have some great technical players so something in the style of Barca might work quite well. Though a different approach may be required in Europe. If you're looking for a rich Russian club then I'd suggest one of Zenit, CSKA Moscow, Rubin or Lokomotiv Moscow.
