Tactic for Sheff. Utd?

I've got a save going with Sheffield United and I'm experimenting with different tactics but I don't know which one to settle with. Could someone recommend me a decent one to go with?

Suffering the same problem as you, mate. I used the 'money cheat' to get around 50mil, got like 18 players e) but I can't even win the simplest of games, even though language problem and blending is out because many of the players I bought are either English or speak English.
