Tactic for Turkey (National Team)

Hello im playing football manager 2012 a while but can someone help me with making a tactic for the national team : 'Turkey' because i tried my own made tactics and some downloaded tactics but none of them work...

I lose more then i win, and if i win its more lucky...

and which instructions during match shall i use with which tactics etc etc..?

It might also be à good idea to include some more information about the squad you have picked. As for instructions and shouts during the match? It would depend om the situation so could you be more specific?

I want a good tactic for my national team (Turkey) that im coaching on Football Manager 2012, the tactics i use now and used early didn't help i lose too much and draw sometimes. With some luck i win some of them...

I need a good tactic too win most of the matches. It doesn't matter if its a attack-tactic or counter-tactic. The only thing that is important is that the tactic is succesfull. I will use the tactic only for the national team of Turkey.

The squad i will pick is random. Only with high ratings and high condition etc..

1. Sinan Bolat/Volkan Demirel (Keeper)
2. Sabri Sarioglu (Defender)
3. Gokhan Zan (Defender)
4. Egemen Korkmaz (Defender)
5. Hakan Balta (Defender)
6. Emre Belezoglu (Midfielder)
7. Mehmet Topal / Mehmet Ekici (Midfielder)
8. Hamit Altintop/Gokhan Töre/Nuri Sahin (Midfielder/Winger?)
9. Arda Turan/Gokhan Töre/Colin Kazim Richards (Midfielder/Winger?)
10. Burak Yilmaz/Semih Senturk/Nihat Kahveci/Mevlut Erdinc (Attacking Midfielder/Striker?)
