Tactic from FM2013 to FM2014

Can anyone explain me why can't i use a tactic from the FM2013 in the FM2014?
It says i can't import the tactic...

I had the same problem with a good tactic I'd made in FM13.

To combat this I installed FM13 again and wrote down all the player positions and roles etc and then put this into FM14 albeit with a couple of minor tweaks due to changes in the tactics creator.
