hi, i cant seem to find any tactic systems that work..... few months ago i was playing with millwall and created a barcelona type tactic with fully attackin full backs and pretty much adjusted every player individualy exactly how i wanted them to play. I won the championship which i couldnt beleive and after getting relegated from prem following yera i went straight back up with ease and then managed to finish 8th in prem. now every time i start i dont know wether to just do the team instructions instead of doing every player. and i always seem to have a great start and change nothing then after about 3 or 4 wins my team just loses to everyone no matter how good we have been previously. i recently started at barnsley and we beat birmingham first match but after about 3-4 wins we just lost it. i was playing a 4-5-1 very attacking and lots of player instructions adjusted. no matter what i do i just cant re create my millwall tactic or come up with a good new one. if you want one of those tactics where you can win promotion with any one does it haveto be where you adjust every player?
Please leave comments, any help will be welcomed.

Not necessarily. I don't like to go too "in-depth" with my tactics. I just change my team instructions, player roles, and tick 2-3 boxes for my full-backs and wingers in the player instructions, and maybe some for my playmaker. I've done well doing this. I do go on bad forms as well, but that's usually between January and March.

Right ok, maybe im looking to in depth then. To be honest im sick of trying to play like barca , i like to play a 442 but i dont think u can acheive as gooda achievements as if u make a more adventurous tactic which the computer isnt as useto. I will stick to keeping it simple and see how i go. Does anyone else put there fulls backs full attacking with closing down-whole pitch as i found this to be a great idea but agaoin cant seem to re-create tej form i had in previous games.
