I've only experienced this today, and only in this new patch, which seems to have broken the game.
I'm in a middle of a game when suddenly I need to change something in my tactic. I click in the tactic menu but nothing happens, the game just stands there and the only way to get over it is to restart the computer. It happened to me 4 times today.
Using Windows 8.1 and my PC is capable of running this game.
