Tactic Needed : Portsmouth

Hi all,
My first real post on the forum so here goes...

Currently in my 2nd season as Pompey manager having won the championship the first season, here is my squad:

Right I'm currently 7th as you can see in, March which isn't too bad considering I only spent about 5 million.
However, the tactic I am using called 'Parking Bus Destroyer' seems to be getting found out by the opposition...

View attachment 219786Results from December onwards don't look too bad but watching our matches I can see the team is slowly getting worse with the tactic.

Basically I was just wondering whether anyone on here could give me advice as to whether to stick with this tactic or suggest a tactic that they know will help me improve and stabilise my top 7 spot?

Sorry can't help myself. But LOL 12-0 loss while you are in Prem.
But you are doing very well other than that.. Any of those tactics should help a lot.
 
If the approach suits you team and its a stable one, I would stay with it

haha yeah that was rather embarrassing! I think it taught me not to play very fluid attacking against Man United!

Other teams will start to find out how to beat you if you continuesly use the same formation. This is through "scouting", and is why it is important to have two or three different formations so that you have another option if your tactic is not working.
