Tactic needed to counter a defensive 4-1-4-1

I hope someone can help, I'm playing as Arsenal in 5th season. And have had a fair bit of success, just missing European Cup. But this Season I have noticed that the majority of teams I play in the premiership are using a 4141 formation with a defensive midfilder, 4 center midfielders and a loan striker and now I am lucky if i can score a goal a game. Any body know a good tactic that can allow me to break them down.

I should say im playing a 4-1-2-1-2
 
Read the backroom feedback, e-g ( they struggle against a quick tempo, high defensive line , 4-4-2)
try play the counter on the stratergy, anyway if you are Arsenal on the counter they would be lethal and definetly take their chances.
 
Thanks for the advise, Still not having much luck this season. Think its time for a complete tactic change, 1st in league more to do with other teams ability to close the gap. and just struggled through CL group stage against 3 teams I should easily have beat (Genoea, Zenit and Zurich).
