Looking for a tactic as ive just been promoted with cardiff, i want it to dominate possesion like swansea and hopefully beat teams, lost my first 2 :. is there a good tactic about?

hey guys,I just got football manager and was wondering which tactic has so far seen the most success in fm 12?in 11 i used to use the devasto by satorax with great success.so anything as good as that out as of yet?
