tactic screen question

first off wonderful website, i got a quick question when u first start your career u can go to a screen and shows u that u can train three different tactics. how can u access that after that point i want my team to train on a different tactic. thxs xeno

Just go to the menu bar where the name of the club/team you are managing is at and click on it, it provides a drop-down menu with different options where you will see "Match Preparation". Click on it.
