Tactic that doesn't rely on hard tackling

Not what I asked but oh well.

I've tried making my own and also modifying tactics available for download to take off hard tackling but haven't managed to find something that works once the hard tackling is removed.

So I'll try again, can anyone recommend a good tactic that doesn't rely on hard tackling?
