Tactical advice on York?

Hey guys.

Decided to go with York this time and bring some pride to that town. I am not used to play lower league teams and I need some advice to the tactical stuff and maybe also an advice on who to get rid of and who to buy. I hope to get promoted in the first season.

keep it simple

4-4-2 (2 wing backs, stopper and cover, 2wingers and target man and poacher for example)

Pace is very important in the lower leagues. A quick striker such as Trasor Kandol or Damian Casalinuovo will score loads of goals, especially if you set them as your target man with supply as run onto ball.

So far on the second place with 26 points in 11 games only 4 points from Fleetwood on the first place. Think I manage to get that promotion my first season.
