Hiya
This probably belongs in the tactics section but wasnt sure.
Everytime i start a new game i have an amazing first season but when the next season comes around i have a terrible season and by time i find the right tactics its too late.
any advice on where im going wrong or how i can speed up the process its really annoying.

speed up what process? and by the time the second season comes around, you might have to change your tactics a bit, add more quality to your squad etc... if things are going wrong, have team meetings and stuff like that.
