Tactical lack of harmony

Hi everyone, i want to thank my friends who shared tactical ideas in the forum. But i have some serious problems with my game. I am starting my career with Beşiktaş JK, we have kind of a poor squad and very bad financial situation. If i want to buy some players, i have to sell Manuel Fernandes to get transfer budget. And i can not buy players that i want becouse of wage budget and our league's reputation.

I like game when having some problems but i fired 4 or 5 times and back to start. One time, i prefer to go on my career and signed with Palermo. We survived and stay in the serie a. Second season, i won the title with Abel's monster performance. Then i jumped to Arsenal etc.

I tried most of tactics in the forum. Zero Sea's 4-3-3 helped me to win serie a. But can not helped me to avoid from getting fired in Beşiktaş. My main problem in Beşiktaş, i have weak goalkeepers and i hated McGregor because of game. Now i started new career and i am trying dzunglv's combo tactics.

In the fm 12, Raikan's tactics were amazing but his amazing amc tactic is not working my 13 saves. I am trying to improve my facilities, getting good coaches, good pre-season, playing good football but i can not be successfull in Beşiktaş only. And i need help, thank you

i got similar problems, even worse. I know lot of clubs in lesser leagues got transfer and wage budget so tight that you need to adjust transfer budget to 0 so you can have wage budget covering actual wages.
I was desperate with that and basicly all tactics here use different roles to do fancy stuff and are making something shining shinging even more - eg. i really like people writing about their Man U. tactics.
I made quiet simple tactics that is easy to follow or adjust and you wont have that much problem with players.
Defensive line - classic - 2xFB, 2xCD - the better you have, better they play - pretty simple - you will have suffient almost no matter what
Then i got 2DM - Anchor man with defend, defensive midfielder with support
on AMC spots i got 2 advanced playmakers
there are two strikers - poachers
and of course keeper - nothing special
Its good to use rigid or balanced approach. Pretty nice against stronger teams, you should be able to win against weaker with no problems.
To player choice - sell everything you dont need (winger you can not use as poacher) and try to buy free agents.
One of biggest advantage is that you have just 5 roles of player that you have to fill it with players and they are interchangeable - so some injuries wont screw you that hard.
